The selected hoodie was a specific color and size. Start by matching the size label and overall color family, then compare print placement, seams, ribbing and any requested measurements. Do not begin with a tiny loose thread before confirming that the correct product arrived.
The Five-Pass Method
- Identity: match product, color, size and variant.
- Whole item: review front, back and overall shape.
- Construction: examine seams, closures, print and visible joins.
- Measurements: confirm ruler placement and endpoints.
- Specific concerns: record the image and exact visible issue.
